Day Thirteen, 2025

 Motivation inspiration

The scale hasn't done it well enough

The set up space only works when I go to it

The accountability of checklists isn't making it happen

Overall I just feel a bit 'blah'.

The good thing is I've been walking and writing regularly and this morning I heard the podcast Everyday Better with Leah Smart where she interviewed Dr. Aditi Nerurkar and was told the rule of two this morning so I'm not beating myself up anymore.  I only have so much energy and I must be burnt out so I need to cut myself only a little piece of slack on this.  I will continue to walk and write daily for the rest of January.  Every other goal is a bonus for now.  February I will add to more things to the task list and start 'stacking' these habits.

It's all I can do to keep going, once again that Progress not Perfection mantra will be playing a large role in my mindset shift.
